Story SHOW YOUR HOPE : We met this huge and friendly man during an open air presentation. He was in love with a painting of Aref Damee. When we told him he is from Afghanistan, he was surprized. We explained we have a selection with many nationalities in Netherlands. The man looks at me and sais: "I'm an artists, I live in Ommen and come from Tartarstan. So I can also participate?" Indeed. We gave him a panel and he send it to us. Later, when we asked if this little nice house was his gallery he looked very surprized. "No man, the painting was supposed to be about hope, isn't it?????"
